TOP INFLUENCERS — Lobbying went low-key during Covid times, but 2023 saw stakeholders back in full swing. And while Ontario’s lobbying rules aren’t as forthcoming as those on the Hill or at City Hall, the ethics watchdog’s office publishes high-level stats that offer a glimpse at who’s seeking to influence whom behind the scenes.
