ABOVE THE FOLD
STORM TROOPERS — Just over a week out from E-Day, campaign war rooms are getting more aggressive.
The Tories are calling out Liberal Leader STEVEN DEL DUCA after he “suspended” his campaign to visit storm-hit areas around Ottawa — just before PCer DOUG FORD made an impromptu trip to survey the damage in Uxbridge alongside local contender PETER BETHLENFALVY.
Both camps snapped plenty of photos. The PCs scoffed at Del Duca’s claim that he was suspending his campaign, which one Liberal insider called “hypocritical” because Ford was also on a post-storm photo-op tour.
