We’re barely into week two of the fall sitting, and the ride’s already getting wilder. DEMOCRATIC DOOZY — Months after scoring their third majority mandate, the Ford government is revamping election laws, big time. That includes scrapping fixed election dates, hiking donation limits, and locking in public subsidies for political parties — all under the banner of modernization, says Attorney General DOUG DOWNEY.
