SCOOP — PC CAUCUS RETREAT — 1 p.m.: The Tories are headed to the capital for an overnight caucus retreat at the Sandman Hotel, near the airport. Most GTA MPPs will fly in.

Also on the docket: Expect politicians to go canvassing for their Kanata-Carleton byelection flag-bearer SEAN WEBSTER, who is squaring off against a high-profile Liberal contender, KAREN McCRIMMON, who is seen by many Tories as a threat.
