SWELTERING-IN CABINET — A slight change in plans for Friday’s cabinet swearing-in ceremony: the Premier’s Office has made the entire event outdoors-only.

With the humidex set at a scorching 31 degrees, it’s now more of a “sweating” ceremony, as one member of the Press Gallery put it.

Premier DOUG FORD’s new crop of ministers will take the oath outside Queen’s Park during a 90-minute ceremony that kicks of at 11:15 a.m.
