Tory insiders are trying to make sense of Long-Term Care Minister ROD PHILLIPS’s abrupt resignation, announced Friday afternoon in a lengthy social media statement.

— “The Nick and Kory show”: As Queen’s Park Observer previously reported, Phillips hasn’t been shy about voicing his opposition to certain pandemic measures at the cabinet table.

Multiple PC sources tell me Phillips, among other high-ranking ministers…
