NDP RALLY — Official Oppo NDP Leader MARIT STILES is kicking campaign plans into high gear — regardless of when we go to the polls.
Stiles rallied the party faithful in Toronto over the weekend as the party approved clearer and more transparent nomination rules for candidates. Get ready for NDP contenders to start debuting, stat.
“As the election whispers get louder and louder and louder...We say bring it,” Stiles said, adding that she’s ready to kick “butt.” (A cleaner descriptor than we were hoping for).
Stiles spoke to the Globe about her challenges leading up to the next campaign. And in case you missed it, here’s some advice from NDP insiders on how she should come at those challenges.
CRUEL SUMMER — “An overwhelming majority of liquor store workers in Ontario have voted to give their union a strike mandate as tensions between the Ford governmen…
