Q+A — TYLER WATT is swapping his scrubs for scrums as one of the newest MPPs on the block.

Watt, who wrested Nepean from the PCs in February, is one of 14 Liberals whose victory helped clinch recognized status — and all the legislative perks that come with it. That’s a game-changer for the Grits, who have been in the electoral penalty box since 2018.

Fresh off his win in Nepean, the rookie MPP and I dished about how he pulled it off, shook off the social media shade from political rivals, and the bedside nurses’s plans to give Queen’s Park a health care reality check…
