Good Wednesday morning. This is Queen’s Park Observer.

ABOVE THE FOLD

Welcome to Step 2. Springing back to life as of 12:01 a.m. this morning — nail salons, barbers, outdoor concerts and spectator sports, overnight camps, and indoor weddings and funerals at 25 per cent capacity, among other things. A refresher on what’s back.

The business lobby wants more. CFIB president DAN KELLY isn’t happy about how little can creak open as part of Step 2 — there’s no indoor dining or fitness — and noted other provinces that revved back at a quicker pace.

For Ontario, the 21-day countdown to the next phase is on.

Outdoor fitness good, indoor fitness bad, as the premier might say.
