Meanwhile, time is running out for wannabe candidates who still aren’t on the ballot. But first: Campaign managers from all sides of the aisle are frantic over the timing of voter information cards, which may not land in all mailboxes in time for advance polls.

SCOOP — TURNOUT TROUBLE — Voter information cards — crucial postcards that Elections Ontario mails out to registered voters that contain personalized and specific information about where, when and how to vote — are expected later than usual.
