PROGRAMMING NOTE: A reminder that this is the last scheduled publishing week of the year for Queen’s Park Observer. I’ll be taking off after Friday, December 22 and, barring any big-news breaks, won’t be back until Monday, January 8. Here’s hoping the Ford government gifts us a relatively low-key holiday.
