GRITS OUT — The Liberal exodus continues after a devastating election showing. BRIAN JOHNS, party president, will not be seeking re-election. Johns gave word to the party’s executive council during a Saturday meeting.
In a farewell statement posted to social media, Johns boasted about eliminating the party’s debt, scrapping party membership fees and cutting “red tape” over financial transactions between party HQ and local riding associations.
