As expected, there were few high-stakes changes during Wednesday’s swearing-in ceremony at the ROM. But there were still significant moves, and I’m here to help you read between the lines of what it all means, and what comes next.
Major moves: PAUL CALANDRA is out at Housing and Municipal Affairs and is headed for Education. That’s something my sources mused about earlier this week. While Calandra was seen as a fixer following the Greenbelt scandal and then-minister Clark’s resignation, housing starts and building permits are in the toilet.
