The Ford family’s annual community barbecues of yore were held in late matriarch DIANE’s backyard, in the heart of Ford Nation in Etobicoke. Then they moved to more public venues like 2018’s bash at a rec centre in Vaughan.
Now, Ford Fest is going down at Thomson Memorial Park in Scarborough — byelection territory — on June 23, three days ahead of Toronto’s mayoral election. Cue the eyes emoji.
